The beautiful new storefront with its welcoming showroom is exclusively for Genesis sales. While Earnhardt Hyundai locations have historically sold Genesis vehicles, this will be the first free-standing store with a staff solely dedicated to the luxury brand and its White Glove approach.
James Orosco, the new Genesis of Scottsdale Manager, explained, “our staff will be focused on the Genesis concierge concept, basically tailoring the shopping experience to each visitor. Luxury car shoppers can relax in a beautiful setting without any of the hustle and bustle often experienced at car dealerships today.”
Considering the allure of the Scottsdale Quarter, it was natural that EAC leadership decided to build the new store on North Scottsdale Road near the intersection with North Greenway Hayden Loop.
“When Genesis approved independent storefronts, our family-owned business knew that our luxury car customers would appreciate a more exclusive experience,” said Dodge Earnhardt. “We really want to create the ultimate Genesis concierge experience.”

When the Genesis brand split off from Hyundai in 2017, it offered three luxury sedans. In less than seven years, the lineup has grown to 8 vehicles.

Genesis Achieves Top Rankings
The brand earned top marks for Initial Quality from JD Power in 2023. It was their fourth win in just six years. JD Power gave the brand its number one ranking for Dependability in 2022 and its number two ranking in 2023.
Although still quite a new nameplate, Genesis has established itself as a leader, not a follower. As proof, JD Power Tech Experience rankings have seen the brand achieve number one in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Adding to the brand’s allure, it is the only luxury automaker with a 10-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty. Indeed the 5-year Limited Warranty is longer than many luxury brands today.
